Grant, Chairman, Phili B. <br /> Parsons, Secretary, Wilbur Jaquith, Ruth Bevan and ~ssociate <br /> Commissioners Carl E. Bryant and Halph A. B urnham. dir. Jaquith <br /> was present during the discussion of Rayco realty Trust and <br /> Lexington Cleansers and Dyers but took no part in the consideration <br /> of the r1aciVeil application. Mr. Burnham took no part in the <br /> consideration of the Rayco Realty Trust application. <br /> The chairmana read the letter received from the applic~~nt. <br /> Appearing in behalf of the application were John ~ M ac~deil and <br /> Harry Erickson Architect. Mr. Erickson showed the commission <br /> scale drawings of the proposed building. Various questions <br /> were asked by the co~nission members. The hearing was adjourned <br /> at 5:30 P. M. <br /> After considerable discussion, it was decided to ask rlr. <br /> Erickson and Mr. MacNeil to meet with the commission at 7:30 y. M. <br /> on Tuesday, March 12, 1963,. in the sown Accountants Cffice to <br /> further discuss the application and consider new drawings. <br /> Also present at the meeting were Raymond g ~udreau, ~ustee <br /> of Rayco Realty Trust and Mr. Lester Pechter, Architect, <br /> Mr. Leehter stated that they were not able to use the air- <br /> conditioning unit as described in the certificate of appropriate- <br /> ness issued Rayco Realty Trust. The chairman requested that Mr. <br /> Lechter obtain drawings for the commission showing the exact <br /> spacing of the proposed units. A pui~lic hearing will be held <br /> on Tuesday, March 26, 1963, in the Selectmen s R oom. <br /> Also present at the meeting was Mr. Russell Carroll, d/b/a <br /> Lexington Cleansers & Dyers, who stated that his sign at 1306 <br /> Massachusetts Avenue, which had been denied by the commission <br /> on September 15, 1960, had been recentlq painted with a change <br /> of color. 17ie commission ;,embers viewed the slide of the <br /> original sign. It was decided that it would be necessary to hold <br /> a hearing on the sign as it now exists.
