The sign would be very close to front of
building at placed so it would be at about the top of a car level.
Each tenant would have one slot but as there is plenty of room
now, Mr.Anderson would have his name on the sign as well as the
words "Real Estate °.
MBETING: After a short discussion, the following vote was taken:
VOTE: It was unamimously voted to issue a certificate of appropriateness
to Helge A.Anderson for the erection of a sign and the Chairman was
directed to sign the Certificate of Appropriateness as prepared.
CERTIFICATE FORMS: A discussion was held regarding the revising
of the wording on the Certificate Forms, as it will be necessary to
have some printed shortly. This will be decided at the next hearing.
ADORN SALON: It was noted that they had not contacted Mr.Parsons
*regarding the approval of this sign. Mrs.Thomas stated she had
sent a ci)py of this certificate to the Town Building Dept., after
having had a call that afternoon saying they could not find their
copy and a gentleman had been in from the Adorn regarding this.
