FJT /t <br />• • <br />February 10,1959 <br />A meeting of the Historic Districts Commission was held <br />Tuesday, Feb. 10,1959 at 7 :30 P.M. in the First Floor <br />Conference Roam, Cary Memorial Building for the purpose <br />of electing officers for the following year. Present <br />were Commissioners Charles G.Davis, Chairman, Philip B. <br />Parsons, Edwin B.Worthen, Jr. Floyd J.Taylor and Dexter <br />A.Smith. The following officers were elected: <br />Dexter A.S'mith, Chairman <br />Philip B.Parsons, Secretary. <br />Floyd J.Taylor, Secretary <br />
