PLANNING BOARD MINUTES MEETING OF APRIL 11, 1988 The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-15 and the Select- men's Meeting Room, was called to order 7:08 p.m. by the Vice Chairman, Mrs. Wood, with members Klauminzer, Sorensen, Williams and Planning Director Bowyer present. Mrs. Uhrig arrived during item 110. **************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ************* PLANS NOT REQUIRING APPROVAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW 107. FORM A/88-6, North Street, James A. Manganello: See Item 108. SUBDIVISION OF LAND 108. North Street Development, Acceptance of Covenant. Endorsement of Plan and Form A/88-6: The Board reviewed a covenant dated March 31, 1988. Mr. Bowyer reported the covenant had been approved by Town Counsel, and that the plans were ready for the Board's endorsement in conjunction with endorsement of Form A/88-6. On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Klauminzer it was voted 4-0-0: 1) to accept the covenant dated March 31, 1988; ' 2) to endorse the definitive subdivision plans entitled North Street Development; and 3) to endorse the plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass. (Mid- dlesex County), dated December 10, 1987, by The BSC Group - Bedford, Inc. certified by Donald J. Forand, Professional Land Surveyor, for North Street Development Trust with Form A/88-6. 109. Montessori School, Recommendation to Board of Appeals: The Board reviewed and corrected a draft report dated April 11, 1988. On the motion of Mrs. Klauminzer, seconded by Mr. Sorensen, it was voted 4-0-0 to approve the report on the special permit application of the Lexington Montessori School, as cor- rected. The report recommends the maximum enrollment on the site not exceed 150 students and that the Board of Appeals include in its decision language indicating it will not look favorably on future proposals for additional expansion. At 7:16 p.m., the meeting was recessed to the Selectmen's Meeting Room, At 7:20 p.m. the meeting was reconvened with the Board of Selectmen. ****************** ARTICLES FOR 1988 TOWN MEETING *************************** 110. Article 55, Report on Affordable Housing, Joint Meeting with Board of Selectmen: Mrs. Uhrig joined the meeting during discussion of this item. Chairman Eddison of the Board of Selectmen opened the meeting by asking the Planning Board for comments on the site evaluation report prepared by housing consultant, Robert Engler. Mrs. Wood responded that the Planning Board had just received copies and had not discussed it as a board.
