PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF FEBRUARY 22, 1988 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Estabrook Hall, Cary Memorial <br />Hall, was called to order by the Chairman, Mrs. Uhrig, with members Klauminzer, <br />Sorensen, Williams, Planning Director Bowyer and Secretary Peters present. Mrs. <br />Wood arrived during item 61, the Public Hearing on Article 39, Adjustments, <br />Various Sections. <br />**************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS *************** <br />APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS <br />59. PUBLIC HEARING. Westview Street. Colin Richardson. Revetitive Petition: Mr. <br />Richardson explained why he felt the Board should consent to the rehearing of his <br />application before the Board of Appeals for a special permit allowing an automo- <br />tive garage at 80 Westview Street. He reviewed the specific and material changes <br />in the conditions upon which the previous unfavorable action was based. He said <br />the access would now be from Maguire Road; new landscaping plans included the <br />addition of upright yews and a fence between his property and the adjoining <br />residential neighborhood; the number of parking spaces had been reduced and the <br />use (automotive garage) is now permitted by special permit in the CRS zone. <br />In response to a question from Mrs. Klauminzer, Mr. Richardson agreed that he <br />' would only be making minor automotive repairs. <br />There were no other comments from the audience. <br />Mrs. Uhrig declared the hearing closed at 7:40 p.m. The Board agreed to vote <br />whether or not to give consent at the start of their next meeting. <br />************************ ARTICLES FOR 1988 TOWN MEETING *********************** <br />60. PUBLIC HEARING Article 38 - Technical Corrections. <br />As required by Chapter 40A, the Planning Board conducted a public hearing, begin- <br />ning at 7:45 p.m., on the following proposed amendment to the Zoning By -Law: <br />Article 38 - Technical corrections <br />Mrs. Uhrig declared the hearing closed at 8:12 p.m. <br />61. PUBLIC HEARING, Article 39 - Adjustment, Various Sections. <br />As required by Chapter 40A, the Planning Board conducted a public hearing, begin- <br />ning at 8:15 p.m., on the following proposed amendment to the Zoning By -Law: <br />Article 39 - Adjustments, Various Sections <br />Mrs. Uhrig declared the hearing closed at 8:45 p.m. <br />1 <br />
