PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF APRIL 29, 1987 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office <br />Building, was called to order at 7:17 p.m* by the Chairman, Mrs. Uhrig, with <br />members Klauminzer, Sorensen, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer, and Assistant <br />Planner Rawski present. <br />************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ************* <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br />133. 191 Spring Street, Fuller's Hill Subdivision: The Board reviewed a <br />draft decision on the preliminary plan, dated April 27, 1987. On the motion <br />of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Wood, it was voted unanimously to approve <br />the preliminary plan and the decision, as written. <br />*********************** ARTICLES FOR 1987 TOWN MEETING ******************* <br />134. Article 43: The Board reviewed a draft amendment, dealing with <br />dimensional controls, proposed as a new paragraph at the end of Part F, <br />(attached). Mr. Sorensen expressed the opinion that the amendment <br />conflicted with the statute, because a special permit should be required for <br />any reconstruction of a structure that is non -conforming in either use or <br />structure. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:54 p.m. <br />Martha Wood, Clerk <br />
