1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF FEBRUARY 11, 1987 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Estabrook Room of Cary <br />Memorial Hall, was called to order at 7:45 p.m., by the Chairman Mrs. Uhrig, with <br />members Cripps, Klauminzer, Sorensen, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer, Assistant <br />Planner Rawski and Secretary Peters present. <br />********** ARTICLES FOR 1987 TOWN MEETING ****************************** <br />47. PUBLIC HEARING - ESTABROOK HALL - BEGINNING AT 7:45 P.M. <br />The Planning Board conducted a public hearing as required by Chapter 40A on the <br />following proposed amendments to the Zoning By -Law: <br />ARTICLE 47: TRAFFIC ANALYSIS <br />ARTICLE 48: ADJUSTMENTS, FLOOR AREA RATIO, CR, CH, CM <br />ARTICLE 49: HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS <br />ARTICLE 42: TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS <br />ARTICLE 44 SWIMMING POOLS <br />ARTICLE 45: PROJECTIONS INTO YARD SETBACKS <br />ARTICLE 46: JUMBO HOUSES <br />The last hearing was declared closed by Mrs. Uhrig at 10:10 P.M. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:11 p.m. <br />` /. ze <br />Martha Wood, Clerk <br />
