PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF JANUARY 15, 1987 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in the Selectmen's Meeting Room, <br />Town Office Building was called to order at 7:50 p.m. by the Chairman, Mrs. Uhrig, <br />with members Cripps, Klauminzer, Sorensen, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer, <br />Assistant Planner Rawski, and Secretary Peters present. <br />******************* ARTICLES FOR 1987 TOWN MEETING ***************************** <br />14. PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT <br />The Planning Board conducted a public hearing as required by Chapter 40A, on the <br />following proposed amendment to the Zoning By -Law: <br />Comprehensive Commercial Revision. <br />At 10:08 p.m. the hearing was recessed until February 23, 1987. <br />PLANNING BOARD ORGANIZATION <br />15. Housing Advisory Committee: On the motion of Mrs. Klauminzer, seconded by <br />Mrs. Wood, it was voted unanimously to appoint the following persons to serve on <br />the Housing Advisory Committee for a term of two years: <br />I <br />Elizabeth Flemings, Eleanor Klauminzer, Joel Adler, Tina Dirks, William Hays, <br />Thomas Coffman, Gregory Byrne, William Spencer, Eric Clarke and Edmund Grant. <br />On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mr. Cripps, it was voted unanimously to <br />dissolve the following Planning Board Committees: <br />CB Parking Study Committee <br />The Central Business District Sub -Committee, <br />The Housing Master Plan Committee, <br />Planning Board's Select Committee on Ch. 808 Zoning, <br />Sub -Committee on Submission Requirements for RD and CD Rezoning Proposals, <br />Sub -Committee on Subdivision Rules and Regulations and <br />The Zoning By -Law Revision Advisory Committee <br />These committees have been inactive for several years. This formal vote to <br />dissolve clears up the Town Clerk's records. <br />*************************** REPORTS ************************************* <br />16. Planning Board, Subcommittees: <br />a. Chamber of Commerce: Mrs. Uhrig announced the Planning Board has been <br />invited to meet with the Chamber of Commerce to discuss the Board's zoning <br />amendments for Town Meeting on January 22, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:21 p.m. <br />Martha Wood, Clerk <br />
