PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF FEBRUARY 24, 1986 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Estabrook Hall, Cary Mem- <br />orial Hall, was called to order at 7:45 p.m., by the Chairman, Mrs. Uhrig, with <br />members Cripps, Smith, Sorensen, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer, Assistant Plan- <br />ner Rawski and Secretary Peters present. <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENTS <br />The Board conducted a public hearing as required by Chapter 40A, on the following <br />proposed amendments to the Zoning By -Law: <br />Article 40: Technical Corrections <br />Article 41: Adjustments: Residential Development <br />Article 42: Adjustments: Parking <br />Article 43: Non -conforming Dwelling <br />Article 44: Dwelling Conversion, Congregate <br />Article 45: Building Height <br />Article 46: Satellite Antennas <br />The hearings were concluded at 10:40 P.M. <br />******************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ************ <br />PLANS NOT REQUIRING APPROVAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW <br />58. Form A/86-5, 509 Bedford Street: Ms. Rawski presented a plan showing the <br />division of one lot into three lots, all having the required frontage and acre- <br />age for the district in which they are located. On the motion of Mrs. Smith, <br />seconded by Mr. Cripps, it was voted uanimously: <br />to endorse the plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass., dated <br />December 27, 1985, by Robert E. Anderson, Inc. certified by Erich W. <br />Nitzsche, Registered Land Surveyor, with application form A/86-7, as it does <br />not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br />59. 188 Lowell Street, McNeil and Associates: The Board reviewed a letter from <br />McNeil and Associates, dated Februar--y-T19-,-T9-96, requesting an extension of time <br />for action by the Board on the preliminary subdivision at that address until <br />April 30, 1986. On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mr. Cripps it was <br />voted unanimously to grant the extension of time, as requested. <br />
