PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF FEBRUARY 13, 1985 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the auditorium of the <br />Harrington School, was called to order at 7:42 p.m., by the Chairman Mrs. Smith, <br />with members Cripps, Flemings, Sorensen, Uhrig, Planning Director Bowyer and <br />Assistant Planner Davidson present. <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENTS <br />The Board conducted a public hearing, as required by Chapter 40A, on the follow- <br />ing proposed amendments to the Zoning By -Law: <br />Article 20, RD, 188 Lowell Street, McNeill Associates <br />Article 22, RM, Lowell Street, Butterfield Associates <br />Article 21, Woburn Street, Kelley -Perry <br />The hearings were concluded at 10:35 p.m. The Board recessed. <br />At 10:50 p.m., the meeting was reconvened. <br />' SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br />45. The Hamptons, off Concord Avenue, Boyd -Smith;_ Special Permit: The Board <br />reviewed the draft of the decision on the special permit which was distributed on <br />February 11. On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mr. Cripps, it was voted <br />unanimously to grant the special permit for the conventional subdivision develop- <br />ment known as "The Hamptons" in accordance with the definitive subdivision plan <br />approved by the Planning Board on February 11. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:57 p.m. <br />dith J.
