PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MAY 2, 1984 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-1, Town Offices, was <br />called to order at 7:37 p.m., by the Chairman, Mrs. Smith, with members Cripps, <br />Flemings, Sorensen, Uhrig and Planning Director Bowyer present. <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br />115 Maple Tree Village, off Maple Street, Landmark Associates; Approval of <br />Definitive Plan: On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Flemings, it was <br />voted unanimously to approve the definitive subdivision plan entitled "Maple Tree <br />Village" and to approve the Certificate of Action as drafted. <br />On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mr. Cripps, it was voted unanimously to <br />grant a Special Permit for a conventional subdivision for "Maple Tree Village" and <br />to approve the decision on the Special Permit, as drafted. <br />ARTICLES FOR 1984 TOWN MEETING <br />116. Article 23, RO-RS, Wellington Lane Avenue: The Board signed the report <br />making a favorable recommendation on this rezoning petition. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m. <br />1 <br />1 <br />Judith J.
