PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF APRIL 2, 1984 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-15, Town Offices, was <br />called to order at 7:10 p.m., by the Chairman, Mrs. Smith, with members Flemings, <br />Sorensen, Uhrig and Planning Director Bowyer present. Mr. Cripps joined the meet- <br />ing in progress. <br />PLANS NOT REQUIRING SUBDIVISION APPROVAL <br />82. 84 Maple Street, Allen Thenen, Form A-84/8: The Board reviewed a plan showing <br />the division of a parcel into two lots, one with 150 feet frontage and 41,848 <br />square feet of area, and the other of 214.16 feet frontage and 30,151 square feet <br />of area. On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Flemings, it was voted <br />4-0: <br />To endorse the plan entitled "Subdivision Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.," <br />dated February 30, 1984, by Miller and Nylander, certified by Donald J. <br />Forand, Registered Land Surveyor, with application Form A-84/8, by Allen and <br />Shirley Thenen, which does not require approval under the Subdivision Control <br />Law. <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br />83. Maple Tree Village, Extension of Time: On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, <br />seconded by Mrs. Flemings, it was voted 4-0 to approve the request of Landmark <br />Associates, in a letter dated March 27, 1984, that the time for action on the <br />definitive subdivision plan and the special permit for a conventional subdivision <br />be extended until May 4, 1984. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:38 p.m. j <br />Judith J.
