411 <br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MAY 5, 1982 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-15, Town Offices, was <br />called to order at 7:33 p.m. by the Chairman, Mr. Sandy, with members Nichols, <br />Smith, Sorensen, and Uhrig, and Planning Director Bowyer present. <br />66. ARTICLES FOR 1982 TOWN MEETING <br />Article 53, Muzzey Junior High: Mr. Bowyer reported he had had several meetings <br />LO with Donald Gillespie, architect for Elgin Associates, about the proposal for the <br />Ncommercial reuse of Muzzey Junior High School. Gillespie indicated that all <br />o material would be submitted to the Planning Board by Monday, May 10, and a legal <br />notice could appear in the newspaper on Thursday, May 13, 1982. After a poll of <br />Q the Board, it was agreed to hold a public hearing on the rezoning proposal on <br />Wednesday, June 2, in Cary Hall. <br />Q Article 61, Hartwell Avenue and Wood Street: Mr. Bowyer reported on conversations <br />with Julian Bussgang about the presentation of the rezoning article. Mr. Bowyer <br />recommended that the proponents plan to present the article after the forthcoming <br />recess in Town Meeting. That will provide time for a more thorough review of the <br />revised plan and the preparation of the Planning Board's report. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:56 p.m. <br />Karen Sorensen.
