PW <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />MINUTES OF APRIL 26, 1982 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-15, Town Offices, <br />was called to order at 7:35 p.m. by the Chairman, Mr.. Sandy, with members <br />Nichols, Smith, Sorensen and Uhrig, and Planning Director Bowyer present. <br />62. ARTICLES FOR 1982 TOWN MEETING <br />Suggested Schedule: Mr. Bowyer reported on the schedule of various articles to <br />be presented by the Board of Selectmen and their potential effect on the presen- <br />tation of zoning articles. The Board discussed the scheduling of zoning articles <br />and it was agreed to have the Chairman make a report to the Town Meeting, under <br />Article 20 on the status of, and a suggested schedule for, consideration of the <br />zoning articles. <br />Article 61, Hartwell Avenue and Wood Street: The staff was requested to prepare <br />a revised report and distribute a draft to the Board. The objective is to have <br />the report printed so that it will be available to Town Meeting Members on <br />May 3. <br />Article 65, Waltham Street, near Lexington Center: Attorney Dennis Lowe sub- <br />mitted a letter requesting that Article 65 be indefinitely postponed. In addi- <br />tion to the withdrawal, the letter proposes that he work with the Board over the <br />coming year to resolve differences on the Article. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:56 p.m. <br />.Karsten Sorensen, Clerk <br />
