MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />June 1, 1981 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-15, Town Offices, <br />was called to order at 7:15 p.m. by the Chairman, Mrs. Wheaton, with members <br />Nichols, Smith, Sorensen and Assistant Planner Asen present. Mr. Sandy was <br />absent. <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br />115. Vine Brook Estates Subdivision, Release of Surety: The Board reviewed <br />a letter from Alfred P.Tropeano*requesting a final release of surety <br />on the Vine Brook Estates Subdivision. Upon a motion by Mrs. Nichols, <br />seconded by Mrs. Smith, the Board voted 4 - 0: <br />To deny the request by Alfred P. Tropeano, Captain Parker Arms <br />Realty Trust, dated April 24, 1981, for final release of surety <br />of Vine Brook Estates Subdivision until the items cited in the <br />attached memo from the Town Engineer, dated May 22, 1981, have <br />been completed satisfactorily. <br />116. ARTICLES FOR 1981 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING <br />a. Article 29, Cosgrove Property: The Board discussed a letter dated <br />May 21, 1981, from Dean Amidon, State Commissioner of the Department <br />of Public Works. The letter stated the proposed traffic improvements <br />in the Hartwell Avenue - Bedford Street area. <br />b. Article 24, Certificate of Zoning Compliance: The Planning Board <br />discussed the proposed substitute motion and Planning Board report <br />on Article 24.
