MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />May 18, 1981 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-15, Town Offices, <br />was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by the Chairman, Mrs. Wheaton, with members <br />Nichols, Sandy, Smith, Sorensen, Planning Director Bowyer, Assistant Planner <br />Asen and Secretary Mrs. Salto present. <br />95. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the meeting of May 4, 1981, were corrected and on motion of <br />Mr. Sandy, seconded by Mrs. Nichols, were approved unanimously as <br />corrected. <br />96. APPLICATION TO BOARD OF APPEALS <br />The'Board reviewed a staff analysis, dated May 15, 1981, on an application <br />to be heard by the Board of Appeals on May 21, 1981. It was voted <br />unanimously to make no recommendation on the application re: <br />196 Woburn Street, Robert Modoono, SP - Roadside Stand <br />It was also agreed to express concern in the transmittal letter for the <br />amount of time the Planning Board had for reviewing this case. <br />97. DETERMINATION OF PLANNING BOARD APPROVAL <br />Land on Lincoln Street, Hayden Recreation Center, Form A-81/10: <br />' The Board reviewed a plan of land on Lincoln Street that was rejected on <br />May 4, 1981, because, based on the information available, it appeared <br />the land shown on the plan was part of a larger parcel. The developer <br />has now furnished the Board with deeds showing the land on the plan as <br />a separate parcel. Upon a motion by Mrs. Nichols, seconded by Mrs. Smith, <br />it was voted unanimously: <br />The plan entitled "Compiled Subdivision Plan of Land in <br />Lexington, Mass.," dated April 10, 1981, prepared by Miller <br />and Nylander Co., surveryors of Lexington, Mass., certified by <br />Donald Forand, registered land surveyor, with application Form <br />A81/10, by Anthony L. Mancini, atty., does not require approval <br />under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br />98. Kitson Park, off Concord Avenue: Procedural Vote, Recording of Plan: <br />On a motion by Mr. Sandy, seconded by Mrs. Smith, it was voted <br />unanimously that the Planning Board confirm the action taken by a <br />telephone poll on May 6, 1981, which authorized Planning Director <br />Bowyer to sign the Definitive Subdivision Plan for the Kitson Park <br />Subdivision in behalf of the Planning Board. <br />99. Trodden Path Subdivision, Concord Avenue and Blossom Street: <br />The Board reviewed the covenant for the subdivision. On the motion of <br />Mr. Sandy, seconded by Mr. Sorensen, it was voted unanimously to <br />execute the covenant. <br />The Board reviewed a memo from the Town Engineer recommending that the <br />bond for this subdivision be set at $141,000.
