MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />March 30, 1981 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:45 p.m. by the <br />Chairman, Mrs. Wheaton, with members Nichols, Sandy, Smith, Sorensen present. <br />56. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />On the motion of Mr. Sandy, seconded by Mr. Sorensen, the minutes of the <br />meeting of February 23, 1981, were approved unanimously as written. <br />The minutes of the meeting of March 2, 1981, were corrected and on a motion <br />by Mr. Sandy, seconded by Mrs. Nichols, were approved unanimously as corrected. <br />On a motion by Mr. Sandy, seconded by Mrs. Nichols, the minutes of the meeting <br />of March 4, were approved unanimously as written. <br />The minutes of the meeting of March 9, 1981, were corrected and on a motion by <br />Mr. Sandy, seconded by Mrs. Nichols, were approved unanimously as corrected. <br />On a motion by Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Nichols, minutes of the meeting <br />of March 16, 1981, were approved unanimously as written. Mrs. Nichols will <br />check the numbering sequence. <br />57. SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br />Trodden Path, Concord Avenue at Blossom Street: The Board reviewed the <br />definitive subdivision plan and identified certain items that needed to be <br />checked. A poll was taken of the members to determine how the island in the <br />turnaround should be treated. Mrs. Nichols, Mr. Sorensen, and Mrs. Wheaton <br />favored having the developer install the landscaping and having the Town main- <br />tain it. Mr. Sandy indicated that was his second choice, his first choice <br />being to have the area paved. Mrs. Smith favored having the area paved. <br />Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Nichols were in favor of the abuttors maintaining the center <br />Battleview Subdivision off Young Street: The Board reviewed the definitive area. <br />subdivision plan and identified certain items that needed to be checked. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br />71 <br />L <br />�lJ10. t a S <br />Laura F.
