1 <br />1 <br />i <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />April 9, 1980 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />by the chairman Dr. Friedman with members Sandy, Sorensen, Wheaton, Nichols, <br />and administrative clerk Mrs. Snow present. <br />Board of Appeals notices of hearings on April 10 were reviewed. Mrs.Nichols <br />will attend the hearings and, based upon the proposed intensity of use in- B/A APRIL 10 <br />volved in the Humanansky, Nickerson Road petition, which at this time is HEARINGS <br />unknown, will verbally comment on behalf of the Board on the need for off- <br />street parking. The Board will not oppose the Freeman/Scott Road petitions <br />for variances, and no comments will be made on the Olson/Circle Road and <br />the Brenton/Parker Street petitions. <br />At 7:20 p.m., the continued hearing <br />on the Lincoln Hill definitive subdi- <br />PUBLIC HEAR` <br />vision plan was opened. <br />Dr. Sandy <br />did not participate because he is a <br />ING LINCOLN <br />member of Temple Isaiah, <br />abuttor to <br />this property. <br />HILL SUBDV. <br />The hearing was closed at 7:58 p.m. <br />Mr. Saulich's attorney, Dennis Lowe, was advised that to allow time for <br />review of certain required changes to be made in the Lincoln Hill plans, <br />a request for extension of time for Planning Board action should be made. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:59 p.m. <br />Frank Sandy, Clerk <br />
