PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />March 26, 1980 <br />' The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />by the chairman Dr. Friedman with members Sandy, Nichols, Sorensen and <br />administrative clerk Mrs. Snow present. <br />The minutes of February 25, 1980, were approved as amended. The minutes of MINUTES <br />March 3, 1980, were approved as written. 2.25 & 3.3 <br />A letter from Town Manager Robert M. Hutchinson regarding his appointment <br />of Robert Bowyer as Planning Director, and requesting action of the Plan- R. BOWYER <br />ning Board to approve this appointment, was noted. Upon a motion duly made PL.DIRECTOR <br />and seconded, it was unanimously votedto approve the appointment of Mr.Bowyer <br />as Planning Director. <br />It was reported that prior to his employment by the Town, Mr. Bowyer will <br />be asked by the Town Manager to resign as member of the Board of Appeals <br />and as Town Meeting member. <br />The definitive plan for Lincoln Hill (Saulich Subdivision) which will be LINCOLN HILL <br />discussed in depth upon completion of Charles Downe's review and report, <br />was discussed briefly. <br />Report to the Town Meeting on Article 70 (Shaker Glen to RH) was unanimous- <br />ly approved and signed by those members present.
