1 <br />1 <br />i <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />March 20, 1978 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:04 p.m. <br />by the chairman Mr. Zabin with members Sandy, Wheaton, Nichols, Friedman, <br />planning director Briggs, and secretary Mrs. Snow present. Also in <br />attendance was Louis Conrad, Lexington Minute -Man. <br />Attorney Herbert Kassman, representing Meadowland Assoc.,Inc., was B/A HEARING <br />present to inform the Planning Board of plans for minimal development WILSON LAND <br />of the Wilson land, and forthcoming petition to the Board of Appeals for <br />variance on frontage requirements. <br />Report on Article 69 (Blossom St. rezoning) was reviewed, amended and ARTICLE 69 <br />unanimously approved. <br />Report on Article 68 (#82 Waltham St. rezoning) was reviewed, amended ARTICLE 68 <br />and unanimously approved as amended. <br />Letter to the Lexington Housing Authority, as discussed at the meeting COUNTRYSIDE <br />of March 13, 1978, was reviewed and unanimously approved. ELDERLY HOUS- <br />ING <br />Mr. Briggs draft letter regarding Conservation Commission land acquisi- <br />tion articles was reviewed. Mr. Briggs was asked to obtain information <br />on financial impact of development of land proposed for acquisition <br />under Articles 38 and 41.
