PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />May 28, 1974 <br />Draft Certificate of Action for Minute Man Ridge subdivision was MINUTEMAN <br />reviewed and list of conditions read by the vice-chairman. Upon RIDGE CERT. <br />a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: OF ACTION <br />That the Lexington Planning Board has approved, subject <br />to terms and conditions of a Covenant given under the <br />provisions of Section 81U, Chapter 41 of General Laws <br />and subject to further terms and conditions enumerated <br />below, the definitive subdivision plan entitled <br />"Minuteman Ridge, Lexington, Mass.", dated <br />November 12, 1973, by Wilbur C. Nylander, registered <br />professional engineer and land surveyor, Kerrie Realty <br />Trust, applicant. <br />The approval is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />1. The Planning Board waives the fifty (50) foot right-of-way <br />' requirement and permits reduction to a forty (40) foot <br />right-of-way width. <br />2. The Planning Board waives the thirty (30) foot pavement width <br />requirement and permits the installation of a twenty-four (24) <br />foot pavement width. <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at <br />7:45 p.m. by the vice chairman Mr. Brown with members MacKenzie, <br />L. Brown, planning director Briggs, and secretary Mrs. Snow present. <br />Also in attendance was Sue Solomon, Conservation Commission. <br />The minutes of Planning Board meeting of May 6, 1974, were approved <br />MINUTES <br />as written. <br />MAY 69 1974 <br />Draft of a letter by Mrs. Brown, to the Bd. of Selectmen, containing <br />BEDFORD ST. <br />Planning Board comments on the TAMS proposals for improvements to <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />Bedford St., was reviewed and approved as written. <br />Mr. Briggs' draft of Plannitig Board report on the Middlesex County <br />MIDD. CTY <br />Land Use recommendations prepared by Justin Gray Assoc., was re- <br />LAND USE PLAN <br />viewed and substantively amended. The report approved as revised, <br />will be submitted to the Board of Selectmen, as requested in B/S <br />memo dated May 21, with Conservation Commission recommendations, <br />dated May 23, attached. <br />The summer meeting schedule of the Planning Board was considered, <br />SUMMER MTG. <br />It was voted that the Board will adopt a schedule for July and <br />August, similar to that of the Board of Selectmen with meetings on <br />SCHEDULE <br />July 1, 15, 29 and August 12 and 26. <br />Mrs. Brown's draft letter in response to Selectmen's memo, dated <br />1975 ATM <br />May 7, 1974, requesting Planning Board view on timing of the 1975 <br />SCHEDULE <br />Annual Town Meeting, was reviewed and approved as written. <br />Draft Certificate of Action for Minute Man Ridge subdivision was MINUTEMAN <br />reviewed and list of conditions read by the vice-chairman.
