<br />Jenkins, Jr., the Board considered the amount of surety to be AMT. OF
<br />required on the subdivision. Recommendations and itemized list of SURETY
<br />work to be completed received from the Engineering Dept., dated
<br />May 6, 1974, were reviewed. Upon a motion duly made and seconded,
<br />it was VOTED:
<br />The amount of surety to be supplied by Donald Jenkins, Jr.,
<br />developer of Springdale Estates subdivision, to ensure
<br />completion of construction, is $23,000, as recommended by
<br />James E. Chase, P.E., Town Engr.
<br />Landscaping of the Town -owned circle and installation of sidewalks VILLAGE CIR.
<br />in Village Circle subdivision was discussed. It was agreed that SIDEWALK S
<br />Mr. Stoico, developer will be requested to submit signatures of OPEN SPACE
<br />all residents of Village Circle, reflecting their attitudes and
<br />position on sidewalk installation waiver. Mr. Briggs will research
<br />and report on responsibilities involved in landscaping of the circle.
<br />The adjourned public hearing on Farmhurst, Section 5, definitive sub- PUBLIC HEAR -

<br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at
<br />7:30 p.m. by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members MacKenzie,
<br />S. Brown, L. Brown, planning director Briggs and secretary, Mrs.
<br />Snow present. Also in attendance was John Davies, DAC.
<br />The minutes of April 22, 1974, were approved as corrected.
