,PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />' April 22, 1974 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at <br />7:30 p.m. by the chairman Dr. Clarke, with members L. Brown and <br />MacKenzie, planning director Briggs and secretary Mrs.. Snow present. <br />Minutes of Planning Board meeting of March 18, 1974 were reviewed MINUTES <br />and approved subject to correction. MARCH 18,'74 <br />Minutes of Planning Board meeting of March 25, 1974, were approved MARCH 25,174 <br />as amended. <br />The Board discussed content of a statement to be made to Town CITIZENS "W," <br />Meeting when the motion to recommend indefinite postponement of ART.POSTPONED <br />Article 102 (Citizens' Wetland ARt.) is presented by Dr. Clarke. <br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted by Richard Hamilton with Appl. FORM A74-14 <br />Form A74-14. Mr. Briggs reported on Town Counsel's advice that HAMILTON <br />the Planning Board not endorse the plan without addition of a note VALLEYFIELD <br />indicating that "Lot D" is not a buildable lot according to current <br />Lexington Zoning By -Laws. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it REFUSAL <br />was VOTED: <br />That the Planning Board refuses to endorse the plan <br />entitled "Land Court Case No. 19485, Plan of Land in <br />' Lexington, Mass.", submitted by Richard Hamilton on <br />April 8, 1974, with Application Form A74-14, "approval <br />under the Subdivision Control Law not required" for the <br />reason that "Lot D" does not have any frontage on a <br />legal street nor sufficient area to meet the requirements <br />as defined in the General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 81-L, <br />and the Zoning By -Law of the Town of Lexington. <br />The Town Clerk will be advised of this action. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:44 p.m. <br />1 <br />PaulJ. cKenzie, Clerk <br />
