PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />' April 8, 1974 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planting Board was called to order at <br />7:15 p.m. by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members L. Brown, S.Brown, <br />MacKenzie, planning director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow present. <br />Richard Rogers, DAC, was also in attendance. <br />Mr. <br />Briggs' draft report to the Board of Appeals <br />on the petition <br />SPAULDING & <br />for <br />finding and determination of SMM/Spaulding & <br />Slye re construction <br />SLYE FORBES <br />of <br />office buildings on Forbes Rd. (hearing 4/23) <br />was reviewed. The <br />RD, OFFICE <br />report was conditionally approved, subject to revision by Mr. MacKenzie <br />BLDG. <br />of <br />the list of recommended conditions included in the letter. <br />Draft by Mr. Briggs of report of the Planning Board on the PUD LOWELL ESTATE <br />application of Village Development Corp.. (Board of Appeals hearing 5/7) FUD <br />was reviewed.
