1 <br />1 <br />LEXINGTON PLANNING BOARD <br />March 25, 1974 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at <br />7:30 p.m. by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members L. Brown, S.Brown, <br />Costello, MacKenzie, planning director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow <br />present. <br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted by Norman May, Esq. with Appl. <br />Form A74-9. Mr. Briggs made reference to a variance granted by the <br />B/A on Oct. 16, 1973 and explained the plan. Upon a motion duly made <br />and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />That the plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", <br />dated August 29, 1973, by Miller & Nylander, submitted by <br />Norman May, Esq. for Joseph Gassman, showing Lots 186A and <br />186B on Whipple Rd. requires no approval under the Sub- <br />division Control Law, and that the Planning Director be <br />authorized to sign the plan on behalf of the Planning Board <br />on the condition that it is endorsed with a notation in- <br />dicating that Lot 186B is not to be used as a separate <br />building lot. <br />A plan submitted with Appl Form A74-10, by Norman May, Esq. showing <br />land at 419 Marrett Rd. and B/A variance granted on Feb. 19, 1974 <br />were reviewed. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />The plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated <br />March 6, 1974, by Miller & Nylander, submitted on March 15, <br />1974, by Norman May, Esq. on behalf of Curtin Realty Trust, <br />showing Pt. Lot 230A, 230B, and Parcel A on Marrett Rd. <br />requires no approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. <br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted by Mr. May with Appl. Form A74-11, <br />showing land of Cheever on Bedford St. B/A variance granted on <br />Oct. 3, 1967, was noted. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it <br />was VOTED: <br />The plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated <br />Feb. 26, 1974, by Miller & Nylander, submitted on March 15, <br />1974, by Norman May, Esq. for Wilbur & Edith Cheever, with <br />Appl. Form A74-11, showing Lot A-1, Parcel A-2, and Parcel D <br />at 268 Bedford St., requires no approval under the Subdivision <br />Control Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. <br />Next on the agenda was reorganization of the Planning Board, as <br />' legally required following election of a new member. The follow- <br />ing nominations were made and seconded: Dr. Clarke for chairman, <br />Mr. Brown for vice-chairman, Mr. MacKenzie for clerk.
