Messrs. Green and White, Benjamin Franklin Homes, Inc., and Roger <br />Kallstrom, landscape architect, met with the Board at 8:30 p.m. to <br />inform the m -embers of a land use inventory and analysis of a 160 <br />acre parcel between Woburn and Maple streets. Future development <br />plans for the area will be based on this study. Presence of wet <br />conditions and possibility of Wetland zoning of portions were <br />mentioned. Dr. Clarke suggested DAC and Planning Board <br />participation as the study progresses and promised cooperation of <br />the Planning staff. The developers will return after completion <br />of assembling of all necessary information, if so desired by the <br />Board. <br />Draft Certificate of Action for Minutemen Ridge subdivision was <br />reviewed and it was noted that two conditions (Bd. of Health <br />restriction and waiver re sewer installation) had been omitted. <br />' The Board reviewed names suggested by the developer for the <br />cul-de-sac within the subdivision, and it was voted that the <br />street will be named Pitcairn Place. OF <br />ACTION <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />' <br />3anuary 21, 1974 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at <br />7:30 p.m. by the chairman Dr. Clarke, with members L. Brown,S. Brown, <br />Graham, planning director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow present. <br />Also in attendance was Elizabeth Ives, L.W.V. <br />Draft Article Z-9 (RD rezoning) was reviewed and revised for <br />publication as legal notice of <br />g public hearing on Feb. 7. <br />RD ZONING ART. <br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted by Benjamin Franklin Homes, <br />FORM A74-4 <br />Inc. with Application Form A74-4 showing a tract of land between <br />WOBURN&MAPLE <br />Woburn and Maple streets. The plan was compared with a similar one <br />BEN FRANKLIN <br />submitted with Appl. Form A73-3 on Jan. 19, 1973. Upon a motion <br />HOMES <br />duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />The plan entitled "Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", <br />dated Dec. 28, 1973 by MacCarthy Engineering Service ,Inc. <br />submitted on Jan. 11, 1974, by H.S.B. White, Benjamin <br />Franklin Homes, Inc., showing land between Maple and Woburn <br />streets, requires no approval under the Subdivision Control <br />Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. <br />' <br />Messrs. Daniel & Dean Curtin, Realtors, met with the Board by <br />appointment at 8:05 to for <br />CURTIN B <br />p.m. present plans expansion of an exist- <br />ing non-conforming building at 428 Marrett Rd., which will require <br />RD <br />MARRETT RD. <br />B/A special permit. Neighboring land use and impact on the area <br />were discussed. Mr. Curtin will also petition for a variance to <br />allow 6 instead of the required 17 parking spaces. The Board was <br />asked to give its view on the proposal prior to application to the <br />Appeals Board and will discuss the matter at the Jan. 28 meeting. <br />Messrs.
