PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />June 15, 1970 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Board was held in its office on <br />-. Monday, June 15, 1970 at 7:30 p.m. Mr. Lund opened the meeting with <br />members Brown, Clarke and Graham and Planning Director Zaleski present. <br />Upon a motion -duly made and seconded, the Board VOTED: PAYMENT OF <br />To approve the payment of a bill from Thomas Griffin Associates THOMAS GRIFFIN <br />for $1,000, partial payment in accordance with the Agreement of ASSOC. BILL <br />May 18, 1970, for engineering services for the Meagherville study <br />which were performed by John Carroll. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board VOTED: <br />VILLAGE CIR. <br />To approve the definitve subdivision plan entitled Village Circle, <br />DEFINITIVE <br />by E. Conrad Levy and Associates, dated May 12, 1969, Village <br />SUBDIVISION <br />Development Corp., applicant, successor in title to Robert Cataldo <br />PLAN APPROVED <br />and Ray Howland, Jr., subject to the terms and conditions of a <br />Covenant to be given as provided in said Section 81-U and subject <br />to the following terms and conditions imposed by the Lexington <br />Planning Board at the time of approval: <br />1. The way shown on this plan shall be known as Village Circle. <br />2. The developer shall construct ways to provide access and <br />install municipal services to serve all lots in this subdivision, <br />including the construction of Bryant Rd. and of the services <br />therein adjacent to lots 1 and 2 to the limit of the Lowell Estates <br />subdivision. All construction and installation shall conform to <br />the Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in <br />Lexington, Mass. The provision of ways and services shall be <br />secured as provided for in said Section 81-U, Ch. 41, G.L. <br />3. Land shown as lots "A", "B" and "C" shall be conveyed to the <br />Town of Lexington in accordance with the special permit issued <br />by the Lexington Board of Appeals on April 1, 1969 and with the <br />applicable provisions of Section 33 of the Lexington Zoning By - <br />Law. <br />4. The applicant shall grant to the Town of Lexington the <br />necessary easements for drains, water supply, sewerage, ways and <br />open space conservation. <br />5. No foundation shall be set below the elevation of 167.00 <br />Lexington base, as required by the Lexington Board of Health. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board VOTED: <br />SPRINGDALE EST. <br />To extend the time for Planning Board action on "Springdale <br />EXT. OF TIME <br />Estates", dated July 13, 1969, to July 28, 1970, as requested <br />FOR PL.BD. <br />by the developer. <br />ACTION <br />Action on the release of the Conestoga Road bond was postponed due <br />CONESTOCL RD. <br />to no recommendations from the Town Engineer. <br />NO ACTION <br />No action was taken on the release of lots on Barrett Rd., (Minute <br />NO ACTION ON <br />Man Highlands IV) since the papers have not been received from Town <br />BARRETT RD. <br />Counsel for the execution of release. <br />(MIN.MAN HGLDS. <br />No action was taken on the reduction of the $20,000 bond for Heritage <br />NO ACTION ON <br />Dr. since recommendations had not been received from the Town Engineer. <br />HERITAGE BOND <br />The completion date of Brent Rd., Adams Estates IV subdivision, was <br />BRENT RD., <br />discussed and a letter to Mr. DiCarlo, developer of the subdivision <br />ADAMS EST. IV <br />requesting a schedule of dates for installing the remaining sidewalks <br />COMPLETION REQ. <br />
