PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />I <br />June 1, 1970 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Board was held in its office <br />on Monday, June 1, 1970. Chairman Lund opened the meeting at <br />7:30 p.m. with members Clarke, Brown, Graham, and Worrell and <br />Planning Director Zaleski present. <br />The Board reviewed and discussed a report prepared by Mr. Worrell WORTHEN RD. STUDY <br />on the Worthen Rd. Study. Suggestions for :dmendments were made DRAFT REPORT <br />by the members and an amended draft will be presented for the <br />June 29 meeting. <br />The minutes of the May 18 meeting were approved as amended. MINUTES APPROVED <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board unanimously VOTED: EXT. OF TIME OF <br />To extend to June 30, 1970, inclusive, the time within ACTION <br />which the Planning Board must act on the definitive DRUMMER BOY <br />subdivision plan entitled "Drummer Boy," dated August <br />18, 1969, as requested in writing by the gpplicant. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded the Board unanimously VOTED: EXT& 9F TAME OF <br />To extend to June 16, 1970, inclusive, the time within <br />ACTION <br />which the Planning Board must act an the definitive <br />SPRINGDALE EST. <br />subdivision plan entitled "Springdale Estates," dated <br />Idly 19, 1969, as requested in writing by the applicant. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board unanimously VOTED: <br />EXT. OF TIME OF <br />Toyextend to June 16, 1970, inclusive, the time within <br />AMON <br />which the Planning Board must act on the definitive <br />VILLAGE CIR. <br />subdivision plan entitled "Village Circle," dated May <br />129 1969, as requested in writing by the applicant. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously VOTED: <br />RELEASE OF LOTS <br />To ask Town Counsel to prepare, have e+ -sited by the <br />BARRETT RD. <br />developer and transmit to the Planning Board for execution <br />MW.MAN SEC. IV <br />the necessary papers for the release of lots 169 through <br />174 inclusive and 241 through 244 inclusive on Barrett Rd. <br />in the Minute Man Sec. IV subdivision. <br />Members of the Design Advisory Committee (messrs. Daley, Notkin, DESIGN ADVISORY <br />Holzbog, Pierce) met with the Board to explore the possibility GROUP ASSISTING <br />of DAG forming a liaison group with some of the town commissions TOWN COMMISSIONS <br />and departments including Conservation Commission, Recreation, AND DEPARTMENTS <br />Public Works, Historic Districts Commission and also the possibility <br />of being of assistance to the Town Manager as well as Town Meeting <br />Members Association in an advisory capacity. The chairman offered <br />his assistance in contacting the chairmen of these various <br />organizations and give them names of interested DAG members. <br />1 <br />
