D <br />C <br />n <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />March 30, 1970 <br />The Planning Board met in its office on Monday, March 30, 1970. Chairman <br />Lund opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. with members Clarke, Graham, Worrell, <br />Brown present and Planning Director Zaleski joining the meeting later. <br />A letter to the Board of Appeals, with recommendations on the proposed <br />building on Hartwell Ave. to be occupied by Chandler Leasing Company, <br />was discussed by the Board and approved. <br />B/A PETITION <br />CHANDLER LEASING <br />COMPANY <br />A letter to be sent to consultants asking for their pr6posals on con- CONSULTANTS <br />ducting a study of the Meagherville area was discussed next. The MEAGHERVILLE <br />letter was approved and signed and will be sent to John A. Brown STUDY <br />Associates, Philip P. Herr and Associates and John L. Culp. <br />The Board discussed at length Article 101 of the Warrant and the Niles ARTICLE 101 <br />Company proposal for apartments on the Haroian property off Concord NILES CO. <br />Ave. The Board's report was discussed as it would relate to a promise <br />by the Selectmen to put the sewer in at this location, if such a promise <br />were made. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m. <br />Eric T.
