1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />of Appeals concerning <br />March 23, 1970 <br />B/A PETITION <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Board was held in its office on <br />on a proposed office <br />Monday, March 23, 1970. Chairman Lund called the meeting to order at <br />HARTWELL AVE. <br />7:30 p.m. with members Clarke, Graham, Worrell, Brown and Planning <br />Leasing Company, was <br />Director Zaleski present. <br />F 8. D <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board unanimously VOTED: <br />PL.BD. ACTION <br />To extend the time for Planning Board action on the 'Drummer <br />TIME EXTENDED <br />Boy" subdivision, dated August 18, 1969, to April 28, 1970, as <br />DRUMMER BOY <br />requested by the developer. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board unanimously VOTED: <br />PL.BD. ACTION <br />To extend the time for Planning Board action on the Village <br />TIME EXTENDED <br />Cir. subdivision, dated May 12, 1969, to April 28, 1970, as <br />VILLAGE CIR. <br />requested by the developer. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board unanimously VOTED: <br />BATTLEGREEN <br />The construction of ways and the installation of utilities in <br />OFFICE PARK <br />the subdivision shown on the definitive plan entitled "Battle- <br />MILITIA DR. <br />green Office Park in Lexington, Massachusetts," dated Novem- <br />BOND REDUCTION <br />ber 2, 1967, having been partially but not fully completed in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions of the application <br />dated November 14, 1967 and of the New Hampshire Company bond <br />dated March 18, 1968, No. 939616, the penal sum of said bond <br />and the obligations of the developer and the surety thereunder <br />are hereby reduced from $42,000 to $10,000. <br />The minutes of the March 9, 1970 meeting were approved as amended. <br />MINUTES <br />The Town Meeting articles 86 and 87 on parking in business districts <br />ARTS. 86,87, 90 <br />and Article 90, nursing homes, were discussed next. <br />A 16tter to the Board <br />of Appeals concerning <br />the petition for a find- <br />B/A PETITION <br />ing and determination <br />on a proposed office <br />building on Hartwell Ave. <br />HARTWELL AVE. <br />to be used by Chandler <br />Leasing Company, was <br />approved and signed. <br />F 8. D <br />Mrs. Lois Brown announced that she planned to attend the Massachu- <br />setts Association of Conservation Commissions meeting on March 26, <br />1970. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:55 pm. <br />Eric T.
