PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />January 26, 1970 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in its office on <br />January 26, 1970, was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Lund <br />with members Fowle, Clarke and Graham and Planning Director Zaleski <br />and the secretary, Mrs. Johnson present. <br />Mr. William Sullivan, builder and developer of the Bushnell subdivision WM. SULLIVAN <br />me with the Board to discuss a plan submitted by him for endorsement as BUSHNELL RD. <br />not requiring subdivision approval. The chairman explained that there <br />was a question of whether lot 7 could be endorsed since its only frontage <br />was on Bushnell Dr. to which it had no legal access being not a part of the <br />subdivision. It was suggested that Mr. Sullivan wait for one week. In <br />the meantime, the Town Counsel would prepare a letter making lot 7 subject <br />to the agreements for the subdivision. <br />The Board reviewed the following plans submitted for endorsement as not <br />requiring approval under the Subdivision Control Law: <br />1. "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated January 7, 1970, by Miller <br />and Nylander, submitted by William Hamilton with a Form A application <br />#70-7, showing lots located on Concord Ave. <br />2. "Subdivision Land Court Case No. 22262 in Lexington, Mass.", dated <br />January 7, 1970 by Miller and Nylander, submitted by William Hamilton <br />with a Form A application #70-6, showing lots located on Concord Ave. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the members of the Board VOTED: <br />' That the above plans do not require approval under the.Subdivision <br />Control Law. <br />The Board so endorsed the plans. <br />The minutes of the meeting on January 19, 1970 were approved. <br />WM. HAMILTON <br />FORM A #70-7 d. <br />#70-6 <br />CONCORD AVE. <br />MINUTES <br />The Board adjourned to Estabrook Hall for public hearings at 8:00 p.m. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />and 8:15 p.m. on articles relative to nurseries and nursing homes. NURSERIES AND <br />Upon returning to its office at 8:30 p.m., the Board resumed its meeting.NURSING HOMES <br />A letter was delivered by the Town Counsel expressing the opinion that WM. SULLIVAN <br />lot 7, Bushnell Dr., owned by Mr. Sullivan, did in fact have rights in FORM X670-1 <br />the subdivision because part of its frontage was in the subdivision. BUSHNELL DR. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board VOTED: <br />To endorse the plan submitted by William Sullivan entitled: "Plan <br />of Land, Lexington, Mass.", dated January 7, 1970, by Miller and <br />Nylander, showing lots located on Bushnell Dr. as 2A, 6, 79 8, and <br />9 as not requiring approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by the Board. <br />The planning director's letter to the Massachusetts Federation of MASS.FED. PL.BDI <br />Planning Boards relative to underground wiring rates was approved by UNDERGROUND <br />the Board and signed. WIRING RATES <br />The letter prepared by the planning director relative to the definition DEFINITION OF <br />' of a professional person "residing in the dwelling incidental to such PROFESSIONAL <br />residence" in the Zoning By -Law, addressed to the Board of Appeals, PERSON FOR B/A <br />was reviewed and approved with amendments. <br />
