1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />January 19, 1970 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Board was held in its office on <br />Monday, January 19, 1970. Chairman Lund opened the meeting with <br />members Fowle, Clarke, Worrell and Planning Director Zaleski present. <br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted by William H. Sullivan with a FORM A #70-1 <br />Form A application #70-1, proposing a lot line change on property on BUSHNELL DR. <br />Bushnell Dr. The Board postponed action pending advice from Town WM. SULLIVAN <br />Counsel. <br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted by S. Arthur Peterson with a <br />Form A application #70-4. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the <br />Board VOTED: <br />The plan entitled: "Plan of Land, Lexington, Mass.", dated Oct- <br />ober 21, 1969 by Miller d Nylander showing land at 546 Lowell St. <br />does not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by the members of the Board. <br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted by Lexington Federal Savings and <br />Loan Association with a Form A applicAtion 470-2. Upon a motion <br />duly made and seconded, the Board VOTED: <br />The plan entitled: "Plan of Land, Lexington, Mass.", dated <br />January 8, 1970 by Miller and Nylander, showing land at 11 Muzzey <br />St. does not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by the members of the Board. <br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted by W. H. Wichmann with a Form A <br />application X670-3. The Board felt this matter should be a Board of <br />Appeals matter and upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />The plan entitled: "Plan of Land, Lexington, Mass.", dated <br />December 29, 1969 by Albert A. Miller and Wilbur C. Nylander, <br />showing lots at 44 Tarbell Avenue, requires approval under the <br />Subdivision Control Law. <br />The next plan reviewed by the Board was one submitted by the Town <br />Engineer, John J. McSweeney, showing parcels C and C-1 on Marrett Rd. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board VOTED: <br />The plan entitled: "Plan of Land, Lexington, Mass.", dated Oct- <br />ober 29, 1969 by Miller d Nylander, showing parcels C and C-1 on <br />Marrett Rd. (Pelham Rd.) does not require approval under the Sub- <br />division Control Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by the members of the Board. <br />FORM A #70-4 <br />S.A. SAVINGS <br />AND LOAN ASSOC. <br />FORM A # 70-3 <br />44'TARBELL AVE. <br />NOT ENDORSED <br />FORM A #70-5 <br />TOWN ENGINEER <br />PARCELS C AND <br />C-1 OFF MARRETT <br />RD. <br />The Board's attention was called to a newspaper article concerning a UNDERGROUND <br />complaint of underground wiring rates, by the planners in Sharon. WIRING RATES <br />The planning director was asked to write a letter to the Massachusetts <br />Federation of Planning Boards, stating the Lexington Planning Board <br />has also complained about this matter and urging them to act to correct <br />the conditions. <br />For informational purposes, the chairman called the Board's attention to <br />a recent court case in which a charge for entrance to town sewer system ENTRANCE TO <br />was upheld. He suggested the planning director write a letter to the TOWN SEWER FEE <br />Board of Selectmen concerning this matter. COURT CASE <br />The Board approved the 4th invoice for $900 to be paid to Roe Hendrick R. HENDRICK <br />for consultant services in the Worthen Rd. Traffic Study. 4TH INVOICE <br />
