1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />April 7, 1969 <br />The meeting of the Planning Board was held in its office on April 7, <br />1969, at 7:30 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lund. <br />Other members present were: Messrs. Fowle, Clarke, Graham, Worrell, <br />and planning director Zaleski. <br />The minutes of March 10, 1969 and March 25, 1969 meetings were re- MINUTES <br />viewed and motion made, duly seconded and voted to approve as <br />corrected. <br />Plans submitted with application Forn A #69-11 and #69-12 were FORM A #69-11 <br />reviewed by the Board. Motion was made, duly seconded and voted #69-12 <br />to endorse as not requiring approval under the Subdivision Control <br />Law, #69-11, plan entitled 'Owned by James & Effie Zisson," dated <br />February 5, 1969, by J. W. Moore Co. Inc., submitted by Oak Park <br />Corp. and located on Saddle Club Road and #69-12, the plan entitled <br />"Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated March 27, 1969, by Miller <br />& Nylander, submitted by Robert 0. Tillinghast, located at 11 Saddle <br />Club Rd. <br />A letter from Benjamin Franklin Homes, Inc. requesting the release BEND. FRANKLIN <br />of bond held by the Town was discussed next. A letter from the HOMES, INC. <br />Town Engineer in regards to this matter was read and a motion was BOND RELEASE <br />made, duly seconded and unanimously VOTED: REQUEST <br />To not release bond or security until the following required items <br />of work had been completed in accordance with the Subdivision Reg- <br />ulations: <br />1. Fill corner of Pleasant Street (Sta. 0+25) <br />2. Reset stone bound at Pleasant Street (Sta. 0+25) <br />3. Loam and seed (several locations throughout) <br />4. Patching and general cleanup <br />5. Repair water service in Mason Street <br />6. Remove stumps (Sta. 0+50 White Pine Lane) <br />7. Reset drain manhole (Sta. 4+40 White Pine Lane) <br />8. Reset catchbasin (Sta. 4+50 White Pine Lane) <br />9. Patch at Sta 4+40 White Pine Lane <br />10. Build headwall off White Pine Lane <br />In response to a letter from Partridge Associates, Inc. requesting PARTRIDGE ASSOC. <br />the release of lots on Dudley Rd., the Board approved sending a letter DUDLEY ROAD <br />to Mr. Legro, Town Counsel, asking him to prepare agreement to be <br />executed by Partridge Associates to construct the way and utilities in <br />Dudley Rd. within two years, to be secured by $35,600 bank deposits. <br />May 12, 1969 was the date set for the Oak Park Subdivision public <br />hearing. <br />A letter to Town Counsel asking him to prepare a grant of utilities <br />and streets in the Peacock Farms Section VI Subdivision was reviewed <br />and approved by the Board and signed. <br />OAK PARK II <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />PEACOCK FARMS <br />SEC.VI-MASON ST. <br />
