1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />January 13, 1969 <br />The meeting was called to order by the chairman, Mrs. <br />Riffin, at 7:30 p.m. with members Clarke, Fowle, Lund, <br />Worrell and planning director Zaleski present. <br />Messrs. Fish and N. Richards met with the Board at <br />7:30 p.m. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board <br />voted to go into executive session to discuss matters the <br />disclosure of which could adversely affect the financial <br />interests of the town. Following a discussion of the acqui- <br />sition of the Hayden Woods land, the Planning Board resumed <br />open meeting. <br />The minutes of the Planning Board meeting of January 6, <br />1969 were approved as corrected. <br />HAYDEN WOODS <br />MINUTES <br />The application for the approval of the Workable Program WORKABLE PROGRAM <br />for Community Improvement was reviewed by the Board and the <br />chairman was authorized to transmit the application to the <br />Selectmen. Mr. Worrell was authorized to certify a statement <br />relative to the adoption of Subdivision Regulations by the <br />Planning Board. <br />The acceptances by Messrs. Payne and Galehouse of appoint- <br />ment to the Design Advisory Committee were noted. <br />A copy of a complaint by Mr. Mollo-Christensen relative to <br />the alleged zoning violation at #430 Concord Ave. was read and <br />noted. It was decided to ask the Building Inspector to inform <br />the Planning Board of the action taken. <br />Notices of Board of Appeals decisions on the following <br />petitions were read and placed on file: <br />First Church of Christ - Granted; Dominic Falcone - Granted; <br />Muriel E. York - Granted; James B. Catalano - Granted; <br />Nicholas Cannalonga - Granted; Shell Oil Co. - Granted. <br />Notices of Historic Districts Commission hearing on pro- <br />posed changes to #1707 Mass. Ave. (Craft Cleaners) and #25 <br />Bedford St. (Rowe) were noted and placed on file. <br />A listing of bills filed in the State Legislature which <br />may be of interest to planning boards, received from the Bureau <br />of Planning Assistance, was noted. <br />A copy of the order by the Dept. of Natural Resources per- <br />mitting the filling of the Village Circle was noted and filed. <br />DESIGN AD.
