1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />February 26, 1968. <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was <br />held on Monday, February 26, 1968. The meeting was called to <br />order by Chairman Mrs. Riffin at 7:30 p.m. with members Fowle, <br />Greeley, Lund and Worrell, and Planning Director Zaleski <br />present. <br />Minutes of meeting of February 19 were approved. <br />Request of Pond Realty Trust for the release of <br />Country Club Manor subdivision bonds was considered and the <br />letter from the Town Engineer advising of items of work not <br />completed read. It was unanimously voted to advise Mr. <br />Taurasi that certain items of work (see addendum) have not <br />been completed, that until they are completed the bonds can- <br />not be released and to request prompt completion of all re- <br />quired work. <br />MINUTES <br />COUNTRY CLUB <br />MANOR - <br />POND REALTY TR. <br />Letter to Town Engineer and Town Counsel relative to <br />Denver St. subdivision were read and noted. A letter from DENVER ST. <br />Attorney B. Perry relative to Denver St. was read and it was <br />decided to advise Mr. Perry that subdivision plans and appli- <br />cation were now available for review at the office of the <br />Planning Board. <br />Letter from Nora Ford, Attorney for Raytheon, rela <br />tive to the discontinuance of Spring St. was read and placed <br />on file. <br />Correspondence regarding the traffic problem at <br />Tricorne Rd. junction with Marrett Rd. was read and the <br />referral of complaint to the Selectmen for study and action <br />approved. <br />It was voted to endorse as not requiring approval the <br />plan submitted with Form A application #68-6 as follows: <br />#68-6, submitted Feb. 26, 1968 by Lexington Center <br />Office Trust, Paul M. Dalton; plan entitled "A Sub- <br />division of Land Court Case No. 1587+, dated January <br />11, 1968 by Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s'&-_Surveyors. <br />(Forbes Rd. Lot 9) <br />The report of the Planning Board relative to the <br />proposed rezoning of Corazzini land for apartments was dis- <br />cussed next. Mr. Fowle agreed to prepare a draft of the <br />report. <br />The Board then adjourned to a joint meeting with the <br />Board of Selectmen, School and Recreation Committees to <br />SPRING ST. <br />DISCONTINUANCE <br />TRICORNE RD. <br />FORM A <br />Lexington Center <br />CORAZZINI <br />JOINT MEETING <br />
