PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />I <br />February 12, 1968 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was <br />held in its office, Town Office Building, on Monday, February <br />12, 1968. The.meeting was called to order by Chairman, Mrs. <br />Riffin at 7:30 p.m. with members Fowle, Greeley, Lund and <br />Worrell, and Planning Director Zaleski present. <br />Minutes of Planning Board meeting of January 29 1968 MINUTES <br />were approved. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded it was unanimously <br />voted to extend to March 12 inclusive, 1968, the time within BATTLE GREEN <br />which the Planning Board must act on the definitive subdivi- PARK <br />sion plan entitled "Battle Green Office Park," dated Nov. 2, <br />1967, as requested in writing by the applicant. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded it was unanimously <br />voted to extend to March 12 inclusive, 1968, the time within <br />CAROL LA. <br />which the Planning Board must act on the definitive subdivi- <br />(CENTRE EST.) <br />sion plan entitled "Carol La. (Centre Estates), dated ;August <br />28, 1967, as requested in writing by the applicant. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded it was unanimously <br />voted to extend to March 12 inclusive, 1968, the time within <br />CARNEGIE PL. <br />which the Planning Board must act on the definitive subd1W <br />(INGLESIDE) <br />cion plan entitled "Carnegie Place (Ingleside), dated August <br />10, 1966, as requested in writing by the applicant. <br />The definitive subdivision plan of Maureen Rd. '(Ridge <br />Estates) off East St., dated Dec. 22, 1967 by Miller and <br />MAUREEN RD. <br />Nylander, usbmitted by A. Buss, was accepted for review and <br />(RIDGE ESTATES) <br />the public hearing scheduled for March 11, 1968. <br />Opinion of value of land for Harrington Playground ex- <br />HARRINGTON <br />tension was received from the Selectmen, noted and placed <br />PLAYGROUND <br />on file. <br />The opinion of value.of Hayden Ave. woods received <br />HAYDEN WOODS <br />from the Selectmen was reviewed briefly and referred to Mr. <br />Lund for further study. <br />Letters in opposition to the rezoning of Corazaini <br />CORAZZINI <br />land to A 1 received from P. Sproat and Mr. and Mrs. <br />Stavenhagen were read and placed on file. <br />The proposed zoning amendment by petition of E. Weiss <br />' <br />and others to eliminate hospitals, nursing homes and other <br />extended care institutions as permitted uses in R 1 dis- <br />WEISS PROPOSAL <br />tricts was discussed next. <br />
