PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />IMay 22, 1967 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board <br />was held on Monday, May 22, 1967 in its office, Town Office <br />Building. The meeting was called to order by Chairman <br />Greeley at 7:30 p.m, with members Fowle, Lund, Riffin and <br />Worrell, and Planning Director Zaleski present. <br />Minutes of Planning Board meeting of May 15, 1967 MINUTES <br />were approved. <br />It was decided to hold a public hearing on the de- CARNEGIE PLACE <br />finitive subdivision plan of Carnegie Place on June 19th. HEARING DATE <br />The future development of the parking area on the <br />Napoli land proposed to be rezoned to CN was discussed <br />briefly. <br />The Board then reviewed the amended article 24 for <br />the consolidation of small vacant lots in one ownership. <br />SMALL LOTS <br />After a discussion of the changes and particularly of the <br />effective date, the Board agreed to postpone the decision <br />in order to have a scheduled meeting with Mr. Hutchinson of <br />Cabot, Cabot & Forbes. <br />Messrs. Hutchinson and Clancy of Cabot, Cabot and <br />Forbes (Hartwell -Lexington Trust) met with the Board to <br />HARTWELL- <br />submit the plans for a proposed industrial building at <br />LEXINGTON TRUST <br />Hartwell Ave. to be used by Hewlett-Packard Co. and a plan <br />HEWLETT-PACKARD <br />for endorsement as not requiring approval establishing a <br />lot for the Hewlett-Packard Co. This plan was submitted <br />FORM A <br />with Form A application #67-14, entitled Plan of Land in <br />Lexington, Massachusetts," dated May 16, 1967 by Miller & <br />Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors. The Board endorsed the <br />plan as not requiring approval under the subdivision con- <br />trol law, subject to an explanatory note being placed on <br />the plan and reading as follows: "Other adjacent land of <br />Hartwell -Lexington Trust conforms, or shall be combined to <br />conform to the area and frontage requirements of the Lex- <br />ington Zoning By -Law." <br />The Board then resumed its discussion of the small <br />lots article and with some reluctance approved the text <br />SMALL LOTS <br />prepared by the Town Counsel.
