PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />I <br />April 3, 1967 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board <br />was held on Monday, April 3, 1967 in its office, Town <br />Office Building. The meeting was called to order by Chair- <br />man Greeley at 7:00 p.m. with members Fowle, Lund, Riffin <br />and Worrell, and Planning Director Zaleski present. <br />Letters to Selectmen re: appraisal money and to <br />Lidberg re: land at Adams St. were approved, as was the <br />letter relative to the sale of Lot 7-B at Bow St. <br />Plan submitted with Form A application #67-7, sub- <br />mitted March 24, 1967 by Ernest E. Outhet, by FORM A <br />Stephen T. Russian, Atty.; plan entitled "Plan Show- <br />ing Slope Easement in Lexington, Mass.", dated Mar. Outhet <br />24, 1967, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors <br />was reviewed by members of the Board and endorsed as not <br />requiring approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />It was decided to recommend that the Board of <br />Appeals withhold decision on the application under Section BOARD OF APPEALS <br />8(a)2.f. at East St. (Todd Realty) since the Planning <br />' Board didn't have the opportunity to study it, but sees Todd Realty, Inc. <br />possible serious objections. It was also decided to point <br />out the connection between the proposed subdivision and the Vinebrook Swim Corp. <br />swimming pool petitioned for by Vinebrook Swim Corp. and <br />recommend consideration in that light. <br />Board of Appeals petitions for hearings scheduled <br />for April 18, 1967 were read and noted: <br />Alfred Buss. Charles Devoe Petitions <br />Janet Legere S&A Realty (R. Hall) <br />Mark Moore, Jr. <br />Historic Districts Commission notices for hearings H.D.C. <br />scheduled for April 4, 1967 were read and noted.' <br />Notices of Community Development Symposium on Apr. <br />12, dinner for Ex -Selectman Sheldon on April 25 and State CORRESPONDENCE <br />Assn. of Conservation Commission meeting on April 8 were <br />noted. It was decided to have the Planning Director attend <br />the Community Development Symposium. <br />It was decided to hold a special meeting on April 6, SPECIAL MEETING <br />1967 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss items for the June 5, 1967 <br />special town meeting. <br />Meeting was adjourned at Z7:5 p.m. <br />Evert N.
