PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />' January 23, 1967 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board <br />was held on Monday, January 23, 1967 in its office, Town <br />Office Building, Lexington, Mass. The meeting was called <br />to order at 7:30 p.m. by Vice-chairman Riffin with members <br />Campbell, Fowle and Worrell, and Planning Director Zaleski <br />present. <br />Minutes of the meeting of January 16 were approved. MINUTES <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br />VOTED: to authorize the Town Counsel to prepare the release MASON ST. EXT. <br />of White Pine Lane lots (Peacock Farm, Mason St. ex- (WHITE PINE LA.) <br />tension) as requested by the developer. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board also <br />VOTED: to extend the time within which action must be taken <br />on the definitive subdivision plan of Heritage Acres HERITAGE DR. <br />to and including January 31, 1967, as requested in NICOLAI <br />writing by the developer. <br />' The Board decided to take no action on the request INGLESIDE <br />of Atty. Sleeper for the reduction of surety for the <br />Ingleside subdivision. <br />Plan submitted with the following Form A was re- <br />viewed by members of the Board and endorsed as not re- FORM A <br />quiring approval under the subdivision control law: <br />X167-1, submitted Jan. 18, 1967 by Arthur E. Trinity <br />Johnson for Trinity Covenant Church; plan en- Covenant <br />titled "Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington, Church <br />dated December 9, 1966, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s <br />and Surveyors. <br />The release of lots 11 and 12 in the Paddock La. BRIDLE PATH EST. <br />(Bridle Path Estates) subdivision was executed and the PADDOCK LA. <br />original returned to the Town Counsel. <br />The Board authorized the release of all lots in OAK PARK DR. <br />the Oak Park subdivision upon the preparation of the BUSA <br />necessary instruments by the Town Counsel. <br />The recommendation for the acquisition of lands <br />' at the easterly end of Longfellow Rd. and between Colon- ACQUISITION OF <br />ial Acres and Marrett Rd. (Ashley et al) by the Conser- LANDS <br />vation Commission, as proposed by the Planning Director, <br />was discussed, with the decision being postponed. <br />
