1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />LEXINGTON PLANNING BOARD <br />January 9, 1967 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board <br />was held in its office, Town Office Building, on Monday, <br />January 9, 1967. The meeting was called to order by <br />Chairman Campbell at 7:30 p.m. with members Fowle, <br />Greeley, Riffin and Worrell, and Planning Director Zaleski <br />present. <br />Mr. Campbell submitted his resignation as chairman <br />of the Planning Board. Upon a motion duly made and <br />seconded, the following new slate of officers was elected <br />by a unanimous vote: <br />Chairman - Roland B. Greeley <br />Vice-chairman - Natalie H. Riffin <br />Clerk - Evert N. Fowle <br />The Board expressed a vote of thanks to Mr. Campbell for <br />the patience and perseverance with which he discharged his <br />duties. <br />The minutes of the meeting of January 2, 1967 were <br />approved. <br />The Board voted to pay $50 membership dues to the <br />Massachusetts Federation of Planning Boards. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: to authorize the Town Counsel to prepare a re- <br />lease of lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 in the Bridle Path <br />subdivision from the restrictions as to building <br />and sale contained in the Covenant dated November <br />15, 1966, given by Louis and Catherine F. Stoico, <br />as requested by Mr. Stoico. <br />These lots have the required frontage on existing public <br />ways (Follen Rd. and Marrett Rd.) The Board refused to <br />release Lot 1 for the reason that it does not have ade- <br />quate frontage on Follen Rd. <br />ELECTION OF <br />OFFICERS <br />MINUTES <br />BILL <br />BRIDLE PATH <br />ESTATES <br />STOICO <br />Mr. Nicolai brought the corrected subdivision plans <br />of Heritage Drive subdivision and requetted the Board's HERITAGE DR. <br />approval without an easement for sewer to lots 6 and 7, - <br />Land Court Plan 15791, which had been recommended by the NICOLAI <br />Town Engineer.
