PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />June 20, 1966 <br />' A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board <br />was held on Monday, June 20, 1966 in the Board's office, <br />Town Office Building. The meeting was called to order at <br />7:30 p.m. by chairman Campbell with members Fowle, Greeley, <br />Riffin, Worrell and Planning Director Zaleski present. <br />Plans submitted with Form A applications, as fol- <br />lows were reviewed by members of the Board and endorsed as FORMS A <br />not requiring approval under the Subdivision Control Law: <br />9166-23, submitted June 10, 1966 by Raymond J. Garcia, <br />Agent; plan entitled "Land Court Plan of Land in Garcia <br />Lexington," dated May 7, 1966 by Joseph W. Moore, <br />Inc., Reg. Land Surveyor. <br />#66-24, submitted June 10, 1966 by Raymond J. Garcia, <br />Agent; plan entitled "Land Court Plan of Land in Garcia <br />Lexington,", dated Apr. 30, 1966 by Joseph W. Moore, <br />Inc., Reg. Land Surveyor. <br />9466-25, submitted June 10, 1966 by Joseph Busa, plan <br />entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated Busa <br />' June 10, 19661 by Joseph W. Marotto <br />Scanlan & Kavanagh Robert Tillinghast <br />It was decided to discuss the petitions of CUNA, Scan- <br />lan and Kavanagh and Tillinghast at June 27 meeting. The Cowles <br />Planning Director will obtain additional information regard- Cuna <br />ing these petitions. The Board voted to prepare a letter to Scanlan <br />the Board of Appeals recommending that the permit to remove Tillinghast <br />topsoil by Mr. Cowles be postponed.pending the receipt of <br />subdivision plan for the Fuller's Hill land. <br />A letter from the Board of Health approving the Pea- PEACOCK FARM <br />cock Farm (Mason St. Extension) preliminary subdivision plan (MASON ST. EXT.) <br />subject to certain conditions was read and noted. <br />A copy of a letter from the Dept. of Natural Resources <br />' to Mr. Spagnuola drawing his attention to the provisions of SPAGNUOLA <br />Chapter 220 Acts of 1965 was received, read and discussed INGLESIDE <br />briefly. It applies to the Longfellow Rd, extension. <br />
