1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />May 2, 1966 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board <br />was held on Monday, May 2, 1966, in its office, Town <br />Office Building. The meeting was called to order by <br />Chairman Campbell at 7:45 p.m. with members Fowle, Greeley, <br />Riffin and. Worrell, and Planning Director Zaleski present. <br />The Chairman announced that Mr. Sussman's 8:00 p.m. <br />appointment with the Board had been cancelled. <br />Minutes of the meeting of April 25, 1966, were <br />approved. <br />It was decided that Mr. Zaleski would bring the <br />question of curb cuts regulations with the Traffic Study <br />Committee. <br />Plans were submitted with Form A applications as <br />follows: <br />#66-15, submitted April 28 by Lex -Wood Poultry <br />Farms, Inc.; plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lex- <br />ington, Mass.", scale: 1" s 40', dated April 20, <br />1966, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors. <br />#66-16, plan submitted May 2, 1966 by Ace Con- <br />struction Trust, Leo Ensico; plan entitled "Plan <br />of Land Lexington, Mass.", scale: 1" s 20', dated <br />May 2, 1966, Robert H. Dunning, Surveyor. <br />After the plans were reviewed by members of. the Board, <br />upon motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />VOTED: to endorse the plan submitted with Form A #66-15 <br />as not requiring approval under the Subdivision <br />Control Law. <br />Form A #66-16 was not acted upon. <br />The Board reviewed preliminary sketches of land <br />subdivision at Wood St. submitted by Mr. Outhet. It was <br />decided that Mr. Fowle would look over the land and make <br />recommendations to the Board as to the land's usability. <br />Mr. Napoli met with the Board to discuss the possi- <br />bility of rezoning his lot at #10 North Hancock St. next <br />to his store to CN. Mr. Napoli presented members of the <br />Board with a plot plan showing the two lots he owns. The <br />proposal was discussed by members of the Board and it was <br />recommended that Mr. Napoli come in with a citizens' <br />petition for one of the future town meetings.
