' PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />January 10, 1966 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Boatd <br />was held in its office, Town Office Building, on Monday, <br />January 10, 1966. The meeting was called to order by <br />Chairman Campbell at 7:30 p.m. with members Bryson, Fowle, <br />Greeley and Riffin, and Planning Director Zaleski present. <br />Memo from the Planning Director relative to the <br />employment of an assistant building inspector was read ASST. BUILDING <br />and discussed. It was decided that the chairman will con- INSPECTOR <br />tact the chairman of the Board of Selectmen and discuss <br />this problem. <br />Memo from the Planning Director relative to the <br />request of Mr. E. Weiss that the Board initiate an article <br />for the warrant of a town meeting to regulate curb cuts <br />was read and it was decided to request Town Counsel's <br />opinion on this. <br />Memo from the Planning Director relative to a pro- <br />posed stockpile of earth materials on the land of Ledge- <br />mont Laboratory, Kennecott Copper Corp., was read. After <br />a discussion, it was the consensus of the Board that the <br />stockpiling is not a permitted use under the Zoning By - <br />Law and that it would require Board of Appeals permis- <br />sion. Mr. Zaleski was asked to convey the Board's <br />opinion to Mr. Woodington. <br />The drafts of proposed articles for the Warrant <br />for the 1966 Annual Town Meeting were reviewed next. It <br />was decided to write to owners of properties proposed for <br />rezoning, explaining the proposals and setting aside <br />3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 21 to discuss CN districts <br />and January 28 to discuss CS districts with those inter- <br />ested. It was decided to omit Article 0 which would make <br />mandatory the consolidation of small lots in one owner- <br />ship. The text of the proposed articles was approved and <br />submitted to the Selectmen. <br />Reviewed by the Board was the following Form A <br />application: <br />066-2, submitted January 10, 1966 by Anthony <br />Graziano; plan entitled "Plan of Land in Arling- <br />ton, Lexington and Winchester, Mass.", Scale: 1" _ <br />' 30', dated Dec. 10, 1965, John J.
