PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />June 14, 1965 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was <br />held on Monday, June 14, 1965r in its office, Town Office <br />Building. Chairman Bryson called the meeting to order at 7:30 <br />p.m. with members Campbell, Fowle and Riffin, and Planning <br />Director Zaleski present. <br />Mr. Currie and Mr. Clancy of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes sub- <br />mitted to the Board a plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, FORK A <br />Mass.", dated May 20, 1965, showing land at Hayden Ave. for the <br />purpose of establishing a gas company easement, and Form A <br />#65-26. The plan was reviewed by members of the Board and <br />upon a motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimous- <br />ly to endorse the plan as not requiring approval under the Sub- <br />division Control Law. The plan was endorsed by members of the <br />Board. <br />The minutes of Planting Board meetings of May 20 and 24, MINUTES <br />1965, were approved. <br />The Board reviewed the following plans submitted with <br />Forma A: <br />FORMS A <br />#65-23, submitted May 26, 1965 by Edward & Hope Klein - <br />berg, by Rowland H. Barnes & Co.; plan entitled "Plan <br />of Land in Lexington, Mass. Belonging to Edward F. & <br />Hope M. Kleinberg," scale: 1" _ 401, Rowland H. Barnes <br />& Co., Civil Engineers. <br />#65-24, submitted May 26, 1965 by Leo H. McSweeney; <br />plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated <br />June 3, 1963, Joseph W. Moore, Inc., Reg. Land Surveyor. <br />#65-25, submitted June 10, 1965 by Norman C. Dahl; plan <br />entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated Jan. <br />182 1965, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded it was unanimously voted to <br />endorse these plans as not requiring approval under the Subdi- <br />vision Control Law. Plans were endorsed by the Planning <br />Director. <br />Upon a written request by the applicant, the Board OAK PARK SUB. - <br />voted to extend to June 29, 1965, inclusive, the time for BUSA <br />Planning Board action on the Oak Park subdivision. <br />The Green Valley, Section 7 subdivision was discussed GREEN VALLEY <br />next. The Board voted to disapprove the subdivision for the SEC. 7 - <br />reason that the roads therein form a dead end street longer BUSA <br />than 650 ft. permitted by the Rules and Regulations, subject <br />
