PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />' July 27, 1964 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was <br />held in its office on July 27, 1964. The meeting was called <br />to order by Chairman Meyer at 8:00 p.m. with members Riffin, <br />Greeley, Bryson, Campbell and planning director Zaleski <br />present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. an advertised public hearing was held <br />on the proposal of William H. Sullivan to subdivide land TILLINGHAST <br />shown on the plan entitled "Tillinghast Estates Section II" ESTATES, SEC. II <br />being an extension of Juniper Place in a southwesterly <br />direction 150 feet more or less. The following attended SULLIVAN <br />the public hearing: William H. Sullivan, 14 Milk St.; Robert <br />V. Pound, 12 Hayes Ave.; Hugh M. Chapin, 3 Juniper Place, all HEARING <br />in Lexington. <br />Letter of Superintendent of Public Works, dated July <br />10, 1964, read and made a part of the record. Mr. Sullivan <br />presented a grant of easements by owners of existing turn- <br />around and stated that he intended to furnish a bond for the <br />construction. Mr. Chapin said, speaking for all abutters, <br />that they would not want to see any changes of the layout. <br />Mr. Pound expressed interest in a possible future extension <br />which he realized would make Juniper Place over 500 feet in <br />length. Mr. Pound exhibited a plan of his land having 26.8 <br />feet frontage on Hayes Avenue (.and Court 6171). The Chair- <br />man stated that the Board will take the matter under advise- <br />ment. The hearing was closed at 8:15 p.m. <br />The minutes of Planning Board meeting on July 13, MINUTES <br />1964, were approved as read. <br />Considered next were the following Form A applica- <br />tions which had been presented for determination of Plan- FORMS A <br />ning Board jurisdiction: <br />#64-37, submitted July 21, 1964 by Antonio Busa, plan <br />entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", scale: <br />1" 20t, dated June 30, 1964, Miller & Nylander, <br />C.E.'s & Surveyors. <br />#64-38, submitted July 23, 1964 by Colonial Develop- <br />ment Corp., Frank Capaldi; plan entitled "A Subdivi- <br />siOn of Land Court Case No.27511, Land in Lexington, <br />Mass.", scale: 1" - 401, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s <br />& Surveyors. <br />#64-39, submitted July 24, 1964 by Mark Moore, Jr., <br />' plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", <br />dated July 16, 1964, Miller & Nylander, C.E.'s & <br />Surveyors. <br />
