I <br />PLMTOG BOARD MEETING <br />July 13, 1964 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board <br />was held in its office in the Town Office Building on July <br />13, 1964. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Meyer at <br />at 8:00 p.m. with members Riffin, Campbell, Bryson and plan- <br />ning director Zaleski present. <br />The Board met with Dr. and Mrs. Ned Rasor and attor- <br />ney Fred Conroy regarding the Rasor property at #80 Marrett MARRETT ROAD <br />Rd. and their proposal to exchange portions of their land - <br />against town land. This matter was discussed with the Board RASOR <br />in the fall of 1962 or spring of 1963. No conclusion was <br />reached at that time. Dr. and Mrs. Rasor would like to sub- <br />divide their land to provide bridle trails and to cooperate <br />with the town in developing park land. The planning director <br />wiol consult with the town engineer regarding this matter. <br />Mr. Alfred Busa met with the Board relative to Green <br />Valley Section 7 subdivision. The preliminary plan was re- <br />GREEN VALLEY <br />viewed by the Board and Mr. Busa was reminded of the pre- <br />vious agreement that he was to acquire tax title lots and <br />BUSA <br />construct the old portion of Circle Road including the drain <br />therein. The Planning Board would process the subdivision <br />upon Mr. Bass's furnishing a binding agreement as above. <br />The minutes of July 6, 1964 meeting approved. <br />MINUTES <br />The following bills were approved: Ken -Kaye Krafts, <br />Inc., drafting supplies --$8.39; Minute -man Publications, <br />BILLS <br />zoning amendments -478.00; Susan Vanderwal, secretarial <br />services --$11.27. <br />Considered next were the following Form A applica- <br />tions which had been presented for determination of Plan- <br />FORMS A <br />ning Board jurisdiction: <br />#64-33 (previously listed) <br />#64-35, submitted July 9, 1964 by Alfred G. Camarano; <br />plan entitled "Plan ef.Land in Lexington, Mass.", <br />Scale: 1" . 401, dated July 9, 1964, Joseph W. Moore, <br />Inc., Reg. Land Surveyor. <br />#64-36, submitted July 13, 1964 by Mark Moore, Jr., <br />plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", <br />Scale: 1" = 401, dated July 9, 1964, Miller & <br />Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors. <br />After reviewing the above plans, upon motions duly made and <br />seconded, it was unanimously <br />
