Planning Board Meeting <br />' July 6, 1964 <br />A special meeting of the Lexington Town Planning <br />Board was held in its office in the Town Office Building <br />on July 6, 1964. The meeting was called to order by <br />Chairman Meyer at 8:00 p.m. with members Bryson, Riff in, <br />Campbell, Greeley and Planning Director Zaleski present. <br />Minutes of the regular meeting on June 29, 1964 <br />were approved as corrected (substitute PAS for ASPO in MINUTES <br />vote to pay dues). <br />Miscellaneous bills for a total of $67.78, as <br />listed in the schedule of departmental expenditures, and <br />the payment of $101.50 to Peter C. Labovitz for professional <br />services were approved. It was decided to have the <br />planning director arrange with the town accountant BILLS <br />to have in the future the bills approved by the planning <br />director. <br />A discussion regarding a program for long range <br />planning studies and analysis followed. No decisions were <br />reached whether an':. studies beyond the current population LONG RANGE <br />and existing land studies should be conducted 6r in which PLANNING <br />' manner. <br />The Board then reviewed parts of the draft of <br />subdivision regulations proposed by Mr. Zaleski. It <br />was decided to abandon the old format and have completely SUBDIVISION <br />new subdivision regulations, omitting all unessential REGULATIONS <br />verbiage and quotations.from the subdivision control <br />law. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m. <br />oat'6.1 a <br />Roland B.
