PLANNING BOARu MEETING <br />' June 29, 1964 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was <br />held in its office, Town Office Building, on Monday, June 29, <br />1964. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by chair- <br />man Meyer with members Campbell, Greeley, Riff in, and plan- <br />ning director Zaleski present. <br />The board met with Mr. Harold C. Wilson and Mr. Albert <br />Miller, C.E., relative to proposed subdivision of land at PRELIMINARY <br />Eldred St. The preliminary plan was reviewed by members of SUB. PLAN <br />the board. It was noted that there was no indication of topo- <br />graphy as required by the Subdivision Control Law. Mr. Wilson WILSON-ELDRED <br />withdrew the plan to add some spot elevations. <br />Mr. Ralph H. Hall met with the board and presented a <br />preliminary plan of a subdivision entitled "Preliminary Pro- PRELIMINARY <br />file of Bloomfield St.", both dated June 29, 1964, by Miller SUB. PLAN <br />& Nylander. The plan was reviewed by members of the board <br />and accepted for review with the understanding that elevations HALL - BLOOMFIELD <br />be added on the plan as required by the Subdivision Control <br />Law. <br />Mr. Norman T. Richards, acting town counsel, presented - <br />partial release of Covenant for lot 3 Rolfe Rd., Glen Estates GLEN ESTATES <br />subdivision, trustees of Waymint Trust.- owners, together with <br />the second amendment to the bond and agreement relative there- WAYMINT TRUST <br />to. The partial release was signed by the board. <br />Plan of Tillinghast Estates, Section Two (Juniper Pl. <br />extension) was presented by Mr. William H. Sullivan together TILLINGHAST <br />with application having a grant of rights to Mr. Sullivan to ESTATES <br />extend Juniper Pl. by Chapin, Merriam, Rosenberg and Kinnard, - <br />owners respectively of lots 4, 3, 2, and 1. The plan and re- JUNIPER PL.EXT. <br />lease of rights were reviewed by Mr. Richards. Mr. Richards <br />believes the plan can be accepted and processed subject to <br />conditions that Town easement rights in original turnaround <br />must be released by town meeting. Easements for drain and <br />sewer would have to be returned by the town and the easement <br />for travel released and owners of lots l through4 and their <br />mortgagees would have to accept deeds to portions of original <br />turnaround subject to the -condition of future town release of <br />easement. The plan was accepted by the Planning Board, the <br />date for public hearing to be set. <br />Minutes of meetings of June 1, 4 and 15, 1964 were MINUTES <br />reviewed and approved as read by a unanimous vote. <br />' Bills were approved as follows: Camera Craft Shop, BILLS <br />Inc., drafting 6upplies--$9.50; Serve -al Secretarial Ser- <br />vice, hearings May 28--$120.00; Colonial Supply Co., office <br />
