Planning Board Meeting

<br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was held
<br />in its office, Town Office Building, on Monday, June 1, 1964.
<br />The meeting was called to order at 8:10 p.m. by chairman Meyer.
<br />Also present were members Bryson, Greeley, and Riffin, planning
<br />director Zaleski, and secretary Macomber.
<br />Considered were the following Form A applications which
<br />had been presented for determination of Planning Board juri6dic- FORMS A
<br />tion:
<br />#64-30, submitted June 1, 1964 by Maxime Piha, Harold E.
<br />Stevens, attorney; plan entitled "Plan of Land Lexington,
<br />Mass.", Scale: 1" = 201, dated May 25, 1964, Miller &
<br />Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors.
<br />##64-31, submitted June 1, 1964, by Frank M. Hodgdon; plan
<br />entitled "A Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.",
<br />Scale: 1" = 40', dated May 7, 1964, Miller & Nylander,
<br />C.E.'s & Surveyors.
<br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously
<br />' VOTED: that the plan accompanying Form A #64-30 does not re-
<br />quire approval under the Subdivision Control Law and
<br />that said plan be so endorsed.
<br />The Board again studied the plan submitted by Mr. Frank
<br />M. Hodgdon with application #64-31 and noted that no new evi- HODGDON
<br />dence had been submitted showing the petitioner to have rights
<br />in Augustus Road, and in the absence of such new evidence, upon
<br />motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously
<br />VOTED: that the plan accompanying Form A #64-31 shows a sub-
<br />division within the meaning of the Subdivision Control
<br />Law and requires approval thereunder.
<br />The following bills which had been presented were
<br />approved: H. B. McArdle, office supplies --$1.60; Minute -man BILLS
<br />Publications, Inc., advertising --$47.04; B. L. Makepeace, Inc.,
<br />drafting supplies --$15.44; Louise M. Macomber, secretarial ser-
<br />vice May 27, 1964, hearings --$9.00; Alexander V. Zaleski, car
<br />allowance for month of May, 1964--$30.00, April, $10.00--$40.00.
<br />A written request, dated May 255 19645 by Frank and
<br />Clara DiRocco for an extension of time within which the Plan- EXT. OF
<br />ning Board must act on subdivision plan entitled "Subdivision SANDER.SON RD.
<br />of Land and Extension of Sanderson Rd. Lexington, Mass.", dated -
<br />Jan. 28, 1964, was considered. Frank and Clara DiRocco ac- DiROCCO
<br />quired title to the land shown on the above-mentioned subdivi-
<br />sion plan from the original applicant - Westchester Estates,
