PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />May 18, 1964 - <br />A "regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was <br />held in its office, Town Office Building, on Monday, May 18, <br />1964. The meeting was called to order by chairman Meyer at <br />8:00 p.m. with members Campbell and Riffin, and planning <br />director Zaleski present. <br />The minutes of the board's meeting of May 11,-1964 <br />MINUTES <br />were read and approved. <br />The following bills were reviewed by the board and it <br />was voted to authorize their payment: Minute -man Publications, <br />BILLS <br />advertising --$91.14; Ken -Kaye Krafts Co., drafting supplies -- <br />$1.80. <br />Taken under consideration were'the following Form A <br />applications for determination of planning board jurisdiction: <br />FORMS A <br />#64-28, submitted May 11, 1964 by Frank M. Hodgdon; <br />Hodgdon <br />plan entitled "A Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington, <br />Mass."., scale: 1" = 40'; dated May 75 1964, Miller & <br />Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors. <br />#64-29, submitted May 14, 1964 ty Town of Lexington <br />Town of Lexington <br />by R. L. Higgins, Asst. Town Engineer; plan entitled <br />"Plan of Land off Valleyfield Street Lexington, Mass.", <br />scale: 1" = 40', dated May 1, 1964, John J. Carroll, <br />Town Engineer. <br />With reference to Plan accompanying Form A #64-28 sub- <br />mitted by Frank M. Hodgdon, upon advice of Town Counsel, Mr. <br />Legro, who came to the board'a meeting'to reply verbally to <br />the board' -s letter to him about this plan, upon ;motion duly <br />made and seconded unanimously <br />VOTED: that said plan requires approval under the subdivision <br />control law for the reason that it does not have front- <br />age on a street as defined in Lexington's zoning by- <br />law. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded it.was <br />VOTED: that plan accompanying Form A #64-29 does not require <br />approval underthesubdivision control law and that <br />said plan be so endorsed. <br />' <br />The plan was endorsed by members.of the -board.
